However, they are welcome in all other areas of the park and at the south end of the beach. We brought our small dog (who weighed less than 20 pounds) and walked with him for about an hour. We even ate something quick at one of the outdoor restaurants with him sitting under our table; the restaurant brought us water for him and everything.
