Withers Preserve is a residential community where The Market Common, Myrtle Beach is located and will have 4,000 plantation-style homes, ranging in price from $170,000 to $1 million.   The neighborhoods either in construction or set to start are Ennens Preserve, Balmoral at Withers Preserve, Montrose, The Estates.  More are planned with future development.  Some of the home developments have been put on hold due to the economy.

Freestyle Music Park    

A Roller Coaster Isn't Just Up and Down Anymore    Park will not be open for the 2010 season.

The original Hard Rock Theme Park opened and closed quickly in 2008 finally in foreclosure.  The new owners changed the name, made some improvements, lowered the cost of admission, and said they planned to expand the park.

April 22, 2009 the Freestyle Music Park unvailed a new children's section with rides designed for the little ones in the family.  The park opened for the summer season.  They were scheduled to reopen for the 2010 season, but unfortunately due to the debts from the previous owners Freestyle Music Park will not reopen in 2010.

 Grande Dunes Market Place

Grand Dunes Market Place Lowes Food is the anchor of this new market complex located on Grande Dunes Blvd. between BYP Hwy 17 and BUS Hwy 17.


North Myrtle Beach's Main Street Connector - A major improvement in traffic

Neighborhoods located off of Hwy 90 can now reach the shopping areas of North Myrtle Beach.

Now known as the Robert Edge Parkway you can save time and gas between Hwy 17 and Hwy 31.  The Parkway entrance from Hwy 17 is directly across from Main Street in North Myrtle Beach.
