Myrtle Beach Real Estate and Information

View of Golf Course    Golf courses  are everywhere throughout the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area of the Grand Strand and many were designed by famous pro golfers. Golfers love Myrtle Beach and most are eager to purchase real estate just so they can be closer to their favorite golf course.   Over 100 golf courses offer a wide variety of course design and costs to play.

Great restaurants, shopping, fishing, water sports, and more. The Carolina Opry, The Palace Theatre, Dixie Stampede, and the House of Blues are just some of the live entertainment places to visit. We have Broadway At The Beach with well known restaurants and club atmosphere nightlife, the shopping, the Aquarium for all ages, and Build-A-Bear for the young at heart. Barefoot Landing is also an adventure in food and shopping. You will find the Alabama Theater and the House of Blues located just behind the shops.

Tanger Outlet Malls are a favorite of locals and vacationers because they actually have outlet stores with real bargins.

The Market Common at Withers Preserve located at the south end of Myrtle Beach is an experience you will not want to miss.  Shopping, dining, Grand 14 movie theater, and a live-work atmosphere that takes you back to the family neighborhood.

I became aware of not really knowing the area several times, once moving to Florida and the second moving to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Both locations were routine vacation favorites but I found out that unless you are able to visit monthly you need to find someone with extensive knowledge of the area.    Read more .....
