Little River played host to ship wrecked survivors, pirates, smugglers and blockade runners during the Civil War. North Myrtle Beach is only five minutes away if you drive south on Hwy 17, exit Cherry Grove, go east on Sea Mountain Hwy. The ocean is directly in front of you and there is public parking.

A copy of Proof of Ownership (HUD 1 – Closing Statement) must be given to them.
** You can sign form and pay $10 on the 9th, then on the day of closing I can fax or take a copy of the Closing Statement to their office.**
Either way attach a statement that Closing Statement for _______________, Little River will be provided on the day of closing settlement.
