The approximate population of Myrtle Beach is 32,000 with 30,000 of them living here as residents. It is the most well known city within the Grand Strand and has been a vacation destination since the late 1800s. During the 1900s people began to call Myrtle Beach, South Carolina home.
The beach, golf courses, shopping, entertainment, and special events have made Myrtle Beach a favorite for millions of people. Search Myrtle Beach Real Estate to find listings of beach homes for sale, vacation homes for sale, and homes for sale that you want for your permanent residence. In your search you can enter the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and other specifics you want your home to include. When you enter a price range keep in mind this is a "Buyer's Market" so enter a maximum higher than the actual amount you are willing to spend. Unfortunately, the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) search available to the public does not contain all of the search specifics available to Realtors®. I can provide you with property listings that include all of your requirements and my search will include properties listed with any real estate company in the official MLS.
Today there are many existing homes for sale and with the help of your own real estate agent, who is acting in your best interest, you can find your perfect property for the best contract price. Several of my recent Buyer clients were surprised when I was able to find them new homes for sale that cost less then comparable older (existing) homes. Even within the foreclosed homes for sale there are some that are new and have never been occupied.
Single family homes, multi-family homes, condos, townhouses, duplex homes, and residential property are all available to meet your real estate wish list in Myrtle Beach and the surrounding Grand Strand areas.
