Magnolia Place, Magnolia Place East,
are in Myrtle Beach off of Bypass 17 at 38th Avenue North and less than a mile from the beach. Since they are centrally located you will be close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. All the sections have their own pools and there are some private garages available within Magnolia North and Magnolia Pointe. There are also some bike paths and sidewalks for those who do not want to sit still. Plus Myrtlewood Golf Course is within the development.
