June 10, 2008 there were over 5,900 for sale in the Myrtle Beach area.

January 19, 2009 there were 6,274 on the market but during 2008 there were 2,577 sales that went to closing / settlement. Over 42% of the condos / townhouses sold in 2008.

June 17, 2009 there has been a rapid increase in sales during the past few weeks. If this trend keeps pace the percentage of sales will overtake the number of listings.

Aberdeen condos are located in Longs, SC within the Aberdeen subdivision which includes single family homes and a golf course.

are in Myrtle Beach off of Bypass 17 at 38th Avenue North and less than a mile from the beach. Since they are centrally located you will be close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. All the sections have their own pools and there are some private garages available within Magnolia North and Magnolia Pointe. There are also some bike paths and sidewalks for those who do not want to sit still. Plus Myrtlewood Golf Course is within the development.

Magnolia Place was the first section and offers efficiencies along with one and two bedroom condos.

Magnolia North was the second section and offers one, two, and three bedroom condos with some having golf course, lake and pool views.

Magnolia Pointe is the latest built of the three sections. There are two and three bedroom condos many with golf, lake, or pool views.
