Sunset Ridge Plantation is a beautiful new development with sidewalks, street lights and only seven minutes from the ocean at Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina.
I was impressed with the section in Sunset Ridge being developed by Bill Clark Homes. Primarily single family detached homes with some space between them. If you find the style home you want but the floor plan is not quite right, not a problem since you can delete some of the interior walls or add them to make your new home just right. They have also built a section of townhouses in the front area of the development. Walking trails, a pool, clubhouse, fitness room, and yard maintenance (cutting grass + edging the front & back yard).
The pool, clubhouse and fitness room are now open. Bill Clark Homes has installed sidewalks on both sides of the streets and the development section with the Bill Clark Homes is landscaped and beautifully maintained.
