Little River Real Estate

Little River Real Estate

Little River is one of the oldest settlements along the coast dating back to the late 1600s.  Little River played host to ship wrecked survivors, pirates, smugglers and blockade runners during the Civil War.  Little River is best known for its deep-sea fishing, charter boats and commercial fishing. It is also home of the Blue Crab Festival heralded nationally as one the country’s top events paying tribute to the famous blue crab.   The merging of waterways and the ocean make this a perfect fishing area, but there are no ocean beaches located directly in Little River.  North Myrtle Beach is only five minutes away if you drive south on Hwy 17, exit Cherry Grove, go east on Sea Mountain Hwy.  The ocean is directly in front of you and there is public parking.

Little River proves to be a fast growing community. Its golf courses, restaurants, shopping and fishing attract vacationers from all over. New home developments and condominiums are continually being built and attracting new homeowners. So whether your desire is to live on the Intracoastal Waterway or live inland, the real estate market has a home waiting for you.

Little River is a place you can feel comfortable and relax. It is a place you can call home.
